Hendrik is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ninety One. The firm manages GBP130.2 billion, primarily on behalf of institutional investors. Hendrik is a member of the World Bank Private Sector Investment Lab. He serves on the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero Principals Group at its Africa Advisory Council. He is the Lead Independent Director of Naspers Limited and its European subsidiary, Prosus. Hendrik holds an MPhil in Economics and Politics of Development from Cambridge University and an MCom in Economics (cum laude) from Stellenbosch University.
